We have built the KC from the ground up. It is based on what people said are the most important things it should do, and how it should look and feel. People who use the KC say it is simple, engaging and easy to use.

Speak to someone in person

The majority of the work of the Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP) is delivered through the regions. If you would like to speak to someone in person about the KC please contact one of the eight CSIP regional development centres listed below. Each centre has staff with a responsibility to support others to make the best use of the KC.

Report a technical problem

If you experience a technical problem when using the KC please send the details by email to technicalsupport@kc.csip.org.uk

To help us fix technical problems as quickly as possible, please provide the following information.

  1. Describe your operating system, web browser and version. E.g. Windows 2000, Internet Explorer 6. Mac os x, Firefox v2.
  2. Your user account details and a full description of the operation being performed and expected output. If an error message was generated please include the full text of that message.
  3. The URL of the page where the issue occurred e.g. http://kc.csip.org.uk/register.php

Note for CSIP regional leads

Please report all issues (bug fixes, tasks and improvement requests) via JIRA, the online issue reporting tool managed by CSIP. JIRA can be accessed via a secure username and password at http://kc.csip.org.uk:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa.
