On this page you can download and / or view a number of short help movies showing how to perform tasks on the KC such as adding resources and news, carrying out a search and changing your password.
The movies can be viewed/downloaded in high (.mov) or low (.mp4) resolution. If you have a slower internet connection you may find the low resolution files download faster. However the low resolution files will be of inferior visual quality compared to the high resolution files. If you cannot view the attached files in high or low resolution formats, try visiting our YouTube channel to see streaming low resolution versions of the movies.
